Share the Risk Guarantee
I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. But my first passion lies behind the camera. I know that a listing costs you time & money with no guarantee that it will close and pay you a commission. That’s why I’ve developed the Share the Risk Guarantee.
If you so choose I’ll Share the Risk. Instead of paying in full for your photos and services at time of delivery we will defer full payment until 5 buisness days after the closing of that specific property. Instead, upon delivery of our photos and/or services you will only pay 20% of our listed price of service. If it does not sell you don’t owe us anything additional. If it does, you then owe us 150% of our listed price of service.
Example: You take a listing and call us in for the real estate photography. Your listing is 3,200 sq ft in Overland Park, Kansas. We photograph and deliver the photos within 24 hours of taking. Upon delivery you will give us a check or credit card payment in the amount of $17.80. When the house closes you will then give us payment in the amount of $133.50, making your total real estate photography investment $151.30.
It’s win-win. If the house doesn’t sell you’ve only paid me for my gas and a small portion of my expenses. But when the house does sell because it was marketed properly and professionally you can pay us out of your proceeds and take the tax deduction.
Terms of the Share the Risk Guarantee: REALTOR must decide upon normal payment and our Share the Risk program at time of delivery of real estate photographs and/or marketing services. If you choose to go with our Share the Risk Guarantee program you will be asked to sign a Promise to Pay document that states that you will be responsible for full payment within 5 business days of your successful closing. We will also accept payment directly from the title company and the HUD-1 Settlement Statement should you choose to move our fees over to the seller’s responsibilities.
